RULES
• • please respect the golden rule first of all. i want everyone to feel welcome on this site whether they are a member or merely a lurker. i don't want to hear that anyone is being left out or is feeling unwelcome on purpose. just be nice, k?
• • i would appreciate it if everyone could do their best to stay active. i understand that the real-world gets in the way so if you are having issues getting on, then please let us know in the departures board.
• • be informed about what's going on. if you ever feel like you missed something important and can't figure out where to find info on it, feel free to shoot me a pm and i'll try to get you straightened out. also, try to read everything in this board before creating a character.
• • there is a minimum of two hundred words per in character post...so just keep that in mind when you are role-playing. more than that though, please try to match the length of the person yo are replying to. if they post more, write more. if they post just around two hundred, try to keep the length down. it's just a little respectful since everyone has their own level of comfort.
• • this site is account per character, so with every new character you wish to make you need to create a new account. this helps with classifying accounts and making the site look a bit cleaner.
• • you get five free character slots to start off with. if you have the desire for more, you may buy another slot from the shop.
• • when you are finished with a bio, please avoid hanging over staff to get looking at it. you can say once, "oh hey, my bio's done" but that's that. we see, we understand. we'll get there when we have time.
• • if you choose to change the style of your posts, please keep the color of the font default unless you have a table with a background - just in case the site skin changes dramatically and offsets the color. also, please keep the font readable overall.
• • use common sense. just because a rule is not listed here, does not mean you can take advantage of it. use your common sense to dictate what you know is right and what isn't. rules can always be added if they need to be.
